Rahila Edward, Founder and Executive Chef of Rahila&Co., is a seasoned culinary professional who blends her academic prowess with a passion for gastronomy. Despite her International Relations, Diplomacy and International Law Master's degree, Rahila's true love is in crafting exquisite recipes and delivering top-notch catering experiences.
Her culinary journey includes formal training, self-development, and hands-on experience, working at different premier restaurants both locally and in the global hospitality scene with extensive experience across Lagos and London.
Formerly the Home Economist at Miele Nigeria for five years, Rahila's culinary prowess contributed significantly to the brand's growth and epicurean versatility. In 2023, she committed to focus entirely on nurturing and expanding the Rahila&Co. house of brands, which had been in operation since 2021 .
